“Victoria Serigano is an associate in the firm’s commercial and real estate litigation practice. She is an experienced litigator who represents clients in a wide array of real estate disputes for commercial properties as well as for residential cooperatives and condominiums.
Victoria earned her undergraduate degree from SUNY Binghamton University and her law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While in law school, Victoria was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Managing Editor of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Team. She was also a recipient of the Monrad Paulsen Scholarship and the Jacob Burns Medal for her academic and extracurricular achievements. In addition, Victoria interned for the Honorable Ronald L. Ellis at the Southern District of New York and interned in the Mediation Unit of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Victoria is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts. She currently serves on the Professional Ethics, Discipline, and Practice Committee for the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, and serves on the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association’s Board of Directors, a chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of The State of New York.
