It is our great pleasure and honor to announce that Mindy H. Stern has joined our firm as a partner, effective today. With more than 30 years of experience in the areas of real estate and trusts and estates law, Mindy is well-versed in representing for-profit and not-for-profit entities and individuals, and has significant expertise in the areas of leasing, acquisition and lending.
She was recognized by Super Lawyers in 2015 as one of the top 100 lawyers and one of the top 50 women lawyers in the New York Metro Area. In addition, she will become Chair of the Real Property Law Section of the New York State Bar Association on June 1, 2016.
Her appointment as partner will enhance the level of services that we offer to our rapidly expanding client roster. We have already created one of New York City’s largest real estate practices, which includes our representation of investors, operators, developers, entrepreneurs, and more than 300 boards of cooperative and condominium buildings in the New York City metropolitan area.
