Jared E. Paioff
Mr. Paioff is an experienced litigator whose practice areas primarily include commercial and real estate litigation. His extensive litigation experience (at trial and appellate levels) encompasses a broad range of commercial and real estate-related matters, including commercial and real property contract disputes, construction defects in residential buildings, director and officer liability issues, and representation of the firm’s cooperative and condominium clients. Mr. Paioff also counsels landowners and sponsors/developers in matters concerning real property transactions and regulatory issues.
Rachael G. Ratner
Ms. Ratner concentrates her practice on real estate litigation and serves as general counsel to many of the firm’s cooperative and condominium clients. Her expertise as a litigator enables her to provide strategic advice on a wide range of challenging issues, including construction defects, access disputes, sales and share transfers, illegal transient occupancy and subletting, rules enforcement, as well as employment discrimination and wage claims.
Israel E. Spodek
Mr. Spodek specializes in representing health care facilities with a focus on ensuring continuity of payment and successful reimbursement for nursing homes throughout New York State.
