Schwartz, Parekh and the SSRGA team complete the reconstitution of Corlear Gardens Owners Corp.

After much effort, Corlear Gardens, with the help of SSRGA, completed its dissolution and reconstitution from a Mitchell Lama Cooperative to a private market rate cooperative. In what was a tremendous success story, the reconstitution was completed with 100% of the shareholders electing to participate in the conversion. An outstanding effort by all involved.
