William A. Jaskola is a senior associate in SSRGA’s real estate and litigation practices. He is a veteran commercial litigator with over twenty five years of experience representing private and public companies, partnerships and individuals in complex commercial matters with an emphasis on real estate and construction disputes, and cooperative and condominium litigation. He also provides corporate governance advice to cooperative and condominium boards, and he counsels property owners, commercial landlords, developers, contractors, architects and engineers. Mr. Jaskola is highly experienced in handling commercial landlord-tenant disputes, including those between cooperative and condominium boards and their commercial tenants, as well as cooperative shareholder disputes, and condominium unit owner disputes.
In addition to litigating in state and federal courts, Mr. Jaskola helps clients resolve issues and settle disputes through arbitrations and mediations, including before the American Arbitration Association and JAMS.
Prior to joining SSRGA, Mr. Jaskola worked at Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer LLP and has spent his entire career as a commercial litigator in private practice in New York.
Mr. Jaskola is admitted to practice law in New York state and federal courts, including the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University and his Juris Doctor from Fordham Law School.
