Steve Semian is a partner in the firm’s Business & Corporate Group, with a broad background of general corporate and business counseling.

Mr. Semian has extensive experience in secured and unsecured financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and corporate finance. He advises start-ups and established enterprises on a full range of corporate matters, including structuring, formation, governance, employment and separation agreements, securities law compliance and the purchase and sale of businesses.

Mr. Semian has served as issuer’s counsel in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, and has represents buyers in purchases under Section 363 of the US Bankruptcy Code. In addition, he has represented both buyers and sellers in connection with the acquisition and sale of artwork, private aircraft, and yachts.
