Stephanie King is an associate in SSRGA’s real estate practice. Ms. King has extensive experience advising buyers, sellers and lenders in residential real estate transactions throughout New York. She works with first-time buyers and sophisticated individuals, entities and trusts to provide representation that is tailored to their needs. From analyzing due diligence to negotiating and drafting contracts, Ms. King is a seasoned guide for the transactional process and has successfully closed hundreds of transactions.
Prior to joining SSRGA, Ms. King worked as an associate in Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer LLP’s Real Estate Transactions and Cooperatives and Condominiums Practices. There, she prepared and submitted offering plan amendments and related regulatory filings for sponsors and the holders of unsold shares, and provided general counsel to boards and managing agents on their governance documents, vendor agreements, construction contracts, and access agreements. She also worked as a senior associate at Romer Debbas, LLP, leading a team in the residential real estate department.
Stephanie graduated from Rutgers University (B.A., Psychology, 2009) and Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 2014). She is admitted to practice in New York.
