Solomon A. Frager is an associate in the firm’s real estate litigation practice. His practice focuses on real estate litigation with a concentration on landlord/tenant disputes as well as issues pertaining to condominiums and cooperatives.
In addition, Mr. Frager is highly skilled in resolving and litigating title disputes for owners, lenders, and title companies relating to defects in title, fraudulent conveyance claims, equitable enforcement of mortgages, lien priority disputes, adverse possession, easement disputes, and any other impairment of title. Mr. Frager also represents real estate developers, investors, and owners in disputes with sellers, lenders, tenants, and/or neighboring property owners.
Mr. Frager has considerable experience achieving successful outcomes for clients in state, federal, and appellate courts.
Mr. Frager graduated from Yeshiva University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2014.
