Parag Parekh is senior counsel in the firm’s real estate department. Parag represents developers, purchasers, sellers and investors in a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including the development, sale, financing, refinancing, acquisition and leasing of commercial and residential properties, and counsels clients on the registration requirements of the New York State Department of Law, including the preparation and submission of offering plans, amendments and related regulatory filings. Additionally, Parag represents organizations and individuals in preparing and negotiating construction contracts and license agreements. Parag also provides general counseling to the boards and managing agents of the firm’s cooperative and condominium clients and prepares corporate and related governing documents on behalf of the cooperative and condominium boards.
Parag is a graduate of Adelphi University (B.A., Psychology, 2006), Pace Law School (J.D. 2009) and Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M., Taxation, 2010) and was admitted to the Bar in Connecticut in 2009 and New York in 2010.
