Namrata Alla is an associate of the firm. Ms. Alla’s practice focuses on representing clients in corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and advising on joint ventures, employment agreements, and IP and other technology-related agreements. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Alla worked at leading firms in India and Oman.

Ms. Alla received her law degree in 2010 from ILS Law College, India and received her LL.M. in 2017 from Columbia Law School. Ms. Alla is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
