Mikhail Lezhnev (Mike) is an associate in the firm’s Trusts and Estates department, where he practices estate planning and estate tax planning, as well as trust and estate administration. Previously, Mike practiced in other Manhattan based law firms’ trusts and estates departments. Mike’s skills include not only the legal, but also the tax and financial implications of wills, trusts, and administration documents.

Mike is a graduate of the College of Staten Island (B.A.), Zicklin School of Business (M.B.A.), Brooklyn Law School (J.D.), and Boston University School of Law (LL.M.). He is admitted to practice law in New York. He is also admitted to the United States Court for the Southern District of New York, United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Also, Mike is licensed in New York as a C.P.A.
