Mark represents and counsels residential cooperatives, condominiums, homeowner associations and real property owners across New York City, Westchester and Long Island. His practice encompasses governance issues, contract negotiation, sponsor-related matters, by-law drafting and interpretation, rules enforcement and litigation. Additionally, Mark handles transactions involving commercial and residential purchases and leases.
Earlier in his career, Freyberg served as an Assistant District Attorney and Senior Supervising Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. As part of the Special Litigation Unit, he handled some of the office’s most sensitive and complex cases, appearing before the New York State Supreme Court, the Appellate Division, the New York Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
