Mark A. Hakim is a partner of the firm, and a member of the firm’s real estate practice.
Mr. Hakim’s experience includes representing cooperative and condominium boards on day to day matters including general corporate governance, as well as real estate developers and investors and commercial lenders, and sellers, purchasers, brokers, partnerships, landlords and tenants in a wide range of complex commercial and residential real estate, transactional and corporate matters.
Mr. Hakim is a regular contributor to The Cooperator, other publications of interest to the real estate and cooperative and condominium communities, including the New York Times.
Mr. Hakim is also a frequent lecturer on a range of topics concerning cooperative and condominium law, speaking to the legal community, real estate professionals, and individual unit owners.
Mr. Hakim was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1999 and the New York Bar in 2000. He graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 1999 and Syracuse University in 1995.
