Kelly A. Kulak is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and sale of commercial property, including office buildings, hotels, mixed use properties and shopping centers.
Her practice is diverse, extending from the creation of condominiums to the sale, acquisition, development, financing, and refinancing of office buildings, residential buildings, mixed-use properties, and hotels in Manhattan and the surrounding Tri-State Area, and retail and office leasing for building owners and tenants. Ms. Kulak also has experience counseling clients in loan work-outs and restructurings.
Prior to joining the Firm, Kelly was of Counsel at Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP, and an associate at Morrison Cohen LLP and Cole Schotz P.C.; where she obtained extensive experience representing developers, building owners, and national big box retailers in acquisitions, ground leases and sales.

Ms. Kulak is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey (2000).
Kelly earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University of School of Law (J.D., 1999), and obtained her undergraduate degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey (B.S., 1994).
Ms. Kulak is a member of the American Bar Association. Ms Kulak has been selected to Super Lawyers from 2013 through 2021.
