Jennifer B. Rubin, Esq. is a family law and appellate attorney dedicated to guiding clients through life’s most significant transitions with clarity, compassion, and strategic insight. She focuses her practice on complex family law matters including divorce, paternity, child support and custody disputes, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Originally from Philadelphia, Jennifer relocated to South Florida to attend the University of Miami. Earning the tiled of a “Triple Cane,” Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, and a juris doctorate from University of Miami. Beginning her legal career at a boutique family law firm, Jennifer quickly developed skills as a family law and appellate attorney and has dedicated her practice to helping the families of South Florida ever since.

Jennifer’s practice includes cases involving multi-million-dollar assets, business ownership interests, executive compensation structures, real estate portfolios, and tax and financial considerations. She drafts, negotiates, and structures comprehensive settlement agreement designed to allocate risk, preserve assets, and support long-term financial stability. Her work often involves collaboration with forensic accountants, financial planners, valuation professionals, and other experts to ensure a holistic and tailored approach to each case.
