Jeffrey Gibilaro is an associate in SSRGA’s transactional department. Jeff’s practice involves the representation of clients in connection with the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial properties with a focus on cooperative and condominium apartments. His practice includes counseling borrowers in real estate financing transactions and assisting with commercial refinances. In addition, Jeff counsels transfer agents and acts as a transfer agent for numerous cooperative apartment corporations. Jeff also advises the firm’s cooperative and condominium board members on issues of meeting protocols and the drafting of corporate resolutions and governing documents.
