Jason is of counsel to SSRGA and is an associate of The Sladkus Law Group, an intellectual property law firm. Jason practices intellectual property law and has represented clients in various state and federal courts. He has worked on IP matters for clients in film and entertainment, technology, clothing and apparel, and other industries. Jason’s work has encompassed trademark, copyright and patent matters. He is admitted to the bar in Georgia and Florida and is eligible to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the District of Colorado.
Jason was one of the first graduates of the University of Miami School of Law’s joint J.D./M.M. program. He graduated cum laude and with a Master’s degree in Music Business and Entertainment Industries. Prior to law school, Jason obtained a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a minor in English from the University of Maryland where he also graduated cum laude and as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
Before joining The Sladkus Law Group, Jason worked for IP/entertainment law firms in both Miami and Nashville. He is an Atlanta native and member of the IP Section of the Georgia Bar and the Copyright Society of the USA.
