Isaac D. Senior is an associate of the firm. His practice focuses on real estate litigation with a concentration on landlord/tenant disputes, as well as issues pertaining to condominiums and cooperatives.
Mr. Senior litigates cases in the Supreme Court, Civil Court and Housing Court in the City of New York involving claims of breach of contract, negligence, non-payment, HP proceedings, non-primary residence, illegal subletting, succession, commercial lease violations and nuisance issues. He regularly appears before administrative agencies such as the Environmental Control Board and handles a wide variety of DHCR matters including rent overcharges, harassment and decrease in service complaints. Mr. Senior also represents property owners and management companies in New York Criminal Court matters relating to fire department violations.
Mr. Senior graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He received his Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center in 2013 and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
