Erica is of counsel to SSRGA and a senior associate of The Sladkus Law Group, an intellectual property law firm. Erica’s practice focuses on the areas of trademark prosecution and corporate transactional matters. Erica is your go-to attorney for trademark prosecution, including new client counseling, trademark clearance searches, preparing new trademark applications, and office action responses. Erica also assists in all aspects of trademark enforcement including preparing demand letters, negotiating trademark coexistence agreements, and drafting pleadings for opposition and cancellation proceedings pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Erica’s corporate practice includes the areas of corporate formation and organization, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Throughout her career, Erica has served clients in a broad range of business areas, including luxury fashion brands, food and beverage manufacturers, building and construction companies, telecommunications, business-to-business application service providers, and local bar and restaurant owners.
Erica is a member of local and international IP organizations, including the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Intellectual Property Section of the Georgia Bar. Erica also serves on the Board of Trustees for the ALEF Fund and Temima – The Richard and Jean Katz High School for Girls.
