Eric M. Sable is senior counsel at the firm. He concentrates his practice on real estate litigation with an emphasis on landlord/tenant, cooperatives and condominiums.
Mr. Sable counsels boards on a wide range of issues including subletting, transient occupancy and foreclosures.
Prior to joining SSRGA, Mr. Sable was an associate at a boutique New York City law firm where he specialized in all areas of landlord/tenant litigation.
Mr. Sable graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2010 and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.
