Craig M. Cepler is a partner at the firm. He is an experienced litigator handling a broad range of matters, including commercial and corporate disputes, employment matters, land use/real estate disputes, defamation cases and personal injury matters on both the plaintiff and defense sides. Craig practices in state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. He has handled every aspect of litigation in those forums, from initial pleadings through discovery, dispositive motions, trials and appeals, as well as arbitrations and mediations.
Craig previously clerked for the Hon. Warren W. Eginton of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Hon. Vincent L. Briccetti of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He graduated from Cornell University and New York University School of Law, where he served as teaching assistant for New York University President John Sexton and as research assistant for Professor Clayton Gillette.
Craig began his career at Kaye Scholer LLP (now part of Arnold & Porter LLP) and was named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2019 and 2020 and a Super Lawyer in 2021 through 2025.
Craig lives in White Plains with his wife, a high school teacher, and their three daughters.
