Amy’s practice areas encompass a broad range of Intellectual Property matters, including trademark prosecution and enforcement, IP litigation, anti-counterfeiting, and copyright counseling. Amy’s transactional IP practice includes regularly drafting Settlement Agreements and Coexistence Agreements. Amy has an eye for detail, which is apparent in her work and advocacy for her clients.
Amy graduated with Honors from Emory University School of Law in 2017, where she focused her studies on intellectual property and transactional law. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis. Between college and law school, Amy worked for several years in Atlanta as a Corporate Immigration Paralegal, gaining valuable experience which propelled her to further her career in law.
Amy is a member of the Intellectual Property and Corporate Counsel Sections of the Georgia Bar. She is an Atlanta native and lives intown with her husband.
