Adina Sposta is an associate in SSRGA’s Trusts and Estates Surrogate’s Court Practice Group.
Adina focuses on trusts and estates litigation and regularly advises clients in contested probate, administration, accounting, discovery, turnover and other Surrogate’s Court proceedings. Ms. Sposta also has extensive experience in handling contested real estate and professional liability matters.
Ms. Sposta served as a Court Attorney in various Courts of the State of New York, most recently serving as a Court Attorney-Referee in the Kings County Surrogate’s Court where she maintained an independent case load of contested trusts and estates matters and heard and reported on several Article 17-A guardianship hearings.
Ms. Sposta is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and State of Florida (retired status).
Ms. Sposta graduated from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations (2006) and received her Juris Doctor from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (2009).
