Dominique Sciullo is a family law attorney dedicated to helping clients navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions with compassion, strategic advocacy, and practical guidance.
With more than a decade of legal experience, she represents clients in complex marital and family law matters, including timesharing and custody disputes, dissolution of marriage actions, paternity actions, post-judgment modifications, domestic violence prosecution and defense, and the preparation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Dominique has significant courtroom experience and is known for her thoughtful counsel, meticulous preparation and unwavering commitment to her clients.
An active leader in Florida’s legal community, Dominique serves as Vice President of the Young Lawyers Section Board of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, where she is also Co-Chair of the Family Law Committee, and is past president of the South Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
She has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star (2021–2026), a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2021–2026), a Boca Raton Observer Top Lawyer and a Palm Beach Illustrated Top Lawyer, and has received leadership and excellence awards from the Daily Business Review, South Florida Business & Wealth and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She has served on the judging panel for the Daily Business Review’s Florida Legal Awards and is a frequent speaker at the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s annual Bench Bar Conference.
A graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Business Law Journal, Dominique pairs extensive litigation experience with a client-centered approach.
Outside the office, Dominique brings that same compassion to her personal life, fostering dogs awaiting their forever families. Her commitment to advocacy — for clients and animals alike — reflects her belief that everyone deserves a strong voice and a fresh start.
