Allyson Stavis is an associate in the firm’s real estate litigation practice. She focuses her practice on representing clients involved in disputes in both the commercial and residential real estate spheres, with a particular emphasis on cooperatives and condominiums and landlord/tenant litigation.
Ms. Stavis earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and her law degree from Brooklyn Law School. She is admitted to practice law before the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey. Ms. Stavis has successfully argued before the New York State Appellate Division, First Department in the matter of De’L. A. v City of New York, 158 A.D.3d 30 (1st Dept 2017).
