I am Robin Bresky, Managing Partner of the Florida office of Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas and head of the Florida appellate group practice. I joined SSRGA through a merger with Bresky Law, a firm I founded and operated for more than 20 years in Boca Raton.
Throughout most of my career, I have concentrated on appellate law and litigation support, working closely with trial counsel on complex legal issues at both the state and federal levels. I built a team of appellate attorneys who handle a wide range of appellate matters in civil, commercial, personal injury, criminal, and family law matters.
Over the years, our work has helped establish important case law in federal and state courts throughout Florida.
